I already know I need to cut out ALL bad food and eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water… it’s the exercise part I’m unsure of. I’d like to achieve a body like these particular models, in the way that they are lean and toned. They aren’t just sticks, and they aren’t bulky with muscle. I already know aerobics… to keep the fat down, but as for the being toned… will pilates achieve this? weight training? both in combination? Or…. either/or? I’m willing to work VERY hard to get what I want.

Im 5′7″ and I weigh 126 pounds and Im 19.. Im getting into modeling and I need to be around 118. How can I do this the healthy way? I workout about 40 to 90 minutes a day, usually cardio and some strength training but most of it is cardio. And Id like to think I eat healthy. So what do I do?

Every yoga video I see has someone who is pretty tone and muscular in it, yet the routines themselves don’t seems as if they, alone, could give someone this kind of body (obviously in addition to a healthy lifestyle). Are the models just that–models–who also work out and weight train or can yoga alone on a regular basis tone and sculpt ones body?

How much exercise would it take to get into fitness model shape? Is 1.5 hour a day enough? With a really strict diet? Combination of intense cardio with strength training and yoga?

Can anybody post a typical female fitness model, female body builder workout routine?
I heard they do 40 minutes cardio workout
and at least 50 minutes weight training a day
6 days a week.
is it true?
thank you
